Drakes in Brighton. I was taken there for a romantic weekend and it was amazing. The hotel is gorgeous, giant freestanding baths in the rooms which overlook the sea. The staff will do anything for you. My partner had even called ahead and there was an ice bucket filled and waiting for us. You can even arrange to have a "love hamper" waiting in the room on your arrival.

Great hotel, lovely staff = an amazing romantic break.

The Crown at Chiddingfold, Surrey. I had my wedding reception there about 200 years ago !

It's the oldest registered inn in England, is situated on a genuine Feudal village green, has one of the best restaurants in rural England....etc etc etc

Great place, go for it, and have fun
