It is a good motto and I sometimes wish I remembered it! Its all too easy to get caught up in the rat race that is life and lose focus and wonder what the hell its all about. We should just seize the day and make the best of whatever hand we've been given and always strive to learn, to improve and help those around us.

Ah, Seize the day! My son wrote that in his journal when he found out he had stage 3 testicular cancer. So I guess that depends on what you are facing in your own life and how and why you fighting to stay alive. What does life mean to you and the ones around you?
