You can go to Start/Control Panel/Internet Options. THe Internet Properties dialogue box will come out. Go to Content/Content Advisor/Enable. Adjust what you see in there (Categories Language/Nudity/Sex/Violence). I don't know how effective this is, because we haven't really been adjusting ours as we don't have preteen/teen kids. Other precautionary measures: When she's gonna be unsupervised like this next time, remove and hide the CPU power cable (it's only about about 3' long---black). Place the computer near the living/dining/kitchen or where people pass by all the time. That should be a deterrent for her to open these sites and you can also easily spot what she's doing---especially if she's chatting online with somebody. Exercise all your parental rights on this one---check every now and then. In this day and age, you can never be too careful.
