She might be new at kissing someone. If this is happening frequently, I suggest you sort out the problem with her. If she can't even get past this, I wonder how she'll get poast the other stages in your relationship, if you are in a relationship with her.
She might also be wondering if her breath stinks, or if you like her kiss. Just reassure her. Girls need plenty of that.

She is really shy. Was that the first time you kiss her? May be she is shy all the time. Or think she has some stress or bad experiences.
You should ask her in a subtle way if you don't want her to get rid of your kisses.

Maybe she really likes you. Is it her first kiss?
Maybe she's just afraid that her breath smells, or something.
It doesn't mean she doesn't like you, if she didn't like you she wouldn't let you kiss her at all.
You should be flattered that she gets nervous.

dont worry abt.i guess thats like totally natural.she is probably a newbie or thinks her breaths stinks like the other have said.however i think that she is afraid she may not do it properly.try talking to her abt it or reassure her that it will bw fine or something like that.hope it helps.good luck. :)
