Want to help the helpers?

I have rich experience in software development and wants to help those individuals / organisations who are helping others. How could I find the genuine candidate.

Look them up on the Internet. See what they do. See how much of their money actually helps people. Try Feed the Children or World Missionary Evangelism. They feed the hungry, dig wells, and start agriculture centers. They're out there waiting on you. Good Luck.
