I'm after some for a kit car I'm building. There are loads of 7J 15" wheels around, but I'm really after some 8Js. They need to be 4x108 stud pattern. If they ever made such a wheel as an option on a RS Cosworth, for example, then I'll know where to look. Otherwise, it'll be aftermarket wheels.

I can't think of any - 8" is very wide for a "normal" car, even one with RS and/or Cosworth badges. Ford used 4wd to spread the power on its Sapphire and Escort RS Cosworth models, so they didn't need very wide wheels.
