tells my friend he really likes me then doesnt make a move?
I kissed him (only a peck) when I was drunk but he didn't kiss back telling me he didn't take advantage of drunk girls then he says to my friend he wants to get me drunk and have his way?
He looks at em alot but never tells me if he likes me, i too scared to make the first move so i think he thinks i dont like him?

I don't think he thinks that you don't like him. Although you din make any move, even looking at him often is a good enough sign. Hm..I'm not sure whether he does like you or not. Maybe you can try to get more info from your friend. Like asking your friend to ask him, If you like ehr so much y haven't you made a move yet?
Its a good sign that he didn't take advantage of you. That means he respects you, and he's taking you seriously and you're not just 'some' other girl. It also kinda indirectly shows that he likes you.
Its normal to be shy. If he does not make the first move soon then you should. Maybe you'll find out that he was shy too!

one of two things either he doesnt think that you like him or he is just telling your friend these things because he knows that she will go and tell you be careful either way because if he is telling your friend he wnts to take advantage of you he is probably not a good guy maybe he told you that bs about him not wanting to take advantage of you so that you would think he was this great guy if you ask me i dont think he sounds very nice and i dont think that is something you should be getting in to

He may be as scared as you are to make the first move. But he will have to overcome his shyness and start first. The one who makes the first move takes the risk to be rejected and I think that should be the man, not the woman. But you can make his job easier by showing him that you like him.

He is probably scared of losing you as a friend. You will need that initial spark, or else you will always just be friends.

maybe he has a little class, maybe he wants his woman to be a lady first, you know, class act, respect, that old timey stuff.
