How can i tell my siding needs refinishied?

My siding is chaulky and comes off when i rub my hand across it
My siding looks dirty even after i washed it
My siding is fading more on one side then others
My drive way gets stained every time it rains

sounds like u need to do it now. sounds like they used cheap paint. u can paint it again. i did my vinyl siding and it turned out nice. surface perpetration is most important. a power washer works best, then a good, not cheap paint is recommenced
