benching more than your body weight is excellent...but you need to be careful...

It's good, but it has to be compared with other lifts such as squat and deadlift.
If he can squat and deadlift much more than he can bench, that's very good. If he can't that's bad because his training is not balanced.
If he does not squat and deadlift, he's heading in the wrong direction.

just so as long as this guy is maintaing proper form (ie. not jerking the weight, lowering and raising the weight properly)

if he can bench that amount then it's excellent :D

some people can bench 3 or 4 times their body weight or even more...

its cool lol i weigh 62 n bench 124 but i'm older i should be benchin 160...since i've given up smockin weeed ...i cant wait to get back in place with my life ...
