you don't want to hear this, but without will-power you will not get anywhere.
To loose wight there are only three ways and anything else is rubbish:
1 - eat less
2 - exercise
3 - best, do both
But you do need willpower for everything. I was very fat and in the same situation once, until I pulled myself together and started jogging. 10 KM twice a week. That's just 2 hours of exercising and you will loose wight, get fit, feel great, be in a better mood and enjoy life.
But with no willpower there will be no result.
If you lack of willpower, just find out what motivates you. If your desire is strong enough, you will find the will you need.
Find your own matra, such as "nothing tastes as good as slim feels" or something. Get a personal trainer to make sure you actually do do your exercises.
It's a bit tough at the start but well worth it, go it for it, you can do it!

If you have over 2 stone to lose, you could lose about 7 pounds in the first week of dieting, but if you have about a stone to lose, you will only lose about 2/3 pounsd per week for it so stay off.
As a short term method, slim fast works, where you have 2 shakes and 1 proper meal a day, snacking with fruit, etc
NO JUNK FOOD
also, try going for walks, even if it is only 15 minutes a day, it helps, TIP! Dont go shopping for food when you are hungry or you tend to buy more junk!

I am a 6ft 3inch male and weigh 15 stone, which i carry well and look quite `fit`, sometimes though i want to bring it down to 14.5 stone and find it so easy to do, like you i eat a load of crap, but, it is very easy to lose half a stone in a week, just by eating fruit and veg for the week, a bit of grilled chicken, fish, and some soups too, oh, and exercise, even a good brisk walk for 30 minutes a day WILL work, provided you stick with for the full 7 days, there really is no `magic formula` to weight loss (the word diet is subjective). eat less, eat the `right stuff` and exercise.
You say you have no willpower, wrong, you do. if your partner wants to eat crap then let them, YOU want to feel better about yourself, weigh yourself the coming monday morning, plan ahead, cut your crap down between now and then, and start `properly` on monday. take a look in the mirror NOW, the one looking back at you is the one that will make it happen........

Eat only when hugry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of fruits and uncooked vegetables in ur meals. In between the meals take only water. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur body systems become functional u get better nutrition. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. By adopting the above practices u will be able to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period of time.

I would recommend you to stop eating junk food, specially at night. And start doing some exercise. Allways work.
Still, if you need to loose weight fast you can buy "thermogenics", or products that simply accelerate your metabolism. This products will make you burn a lot more calories per hour, so combined with exercise and healthy eating is a very good option.

It is not such a complicated situation. You need to burn more calories than you are consuming. Resisting all that gourmet food that is readily available in your house is not easy but you can make a concerted effort to go to bed early, get sufficient sleep and miss out on the evening snacks, and instead wake up very easily to start habitual exercise (running/swimming/health club). Not easy to keep up the enthusiasm therefore best to get a friend in a similar situation to join you. Leave enough time to make full use of the training effect as a sports injury can bring you a sudden halt.

Try the Atkinson diet.
You basically cut out all carbohydrates ie bread, pasta, potatoes and all fruit.
You can eat as much of anything else as you like.
I tried it and lost a stone in 2 weeks, from 16st to 15 st.
I wouldn't want to do it permanently but if you want to lose it quick it does work.
You then need to cut out , as much as you can, all the sweet things you have mentioned such as crisps, biscuits , cookies etc. Just have them now and then for a treat.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise that can increase your heart rate eg brisk walking, swimming etc and by eating healthy foods and drinking loads of water..Another way to reach your goal is to picture in your mind how you would like to look and how you would like others to see you...May sound silly but it helped me. Some days you will get bad days but it's ok... You just continue as normal...Also never, ever skip breakfast as it really is the most important meal of the day..

Dont eat until you're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
