You have to ask her parents, if you don't wanna end up in jail.
Why would you propose 14 year old girl? She is just a kid. She will change in time and leave you anyway.

well, you have to get parental consent first. it's demanded by law in almost every country, as she is a minor.
of course, this depends on your age as well, but especially if you are over 18 years old, then you have to get parental consent. if they consent, BUT ONLY IF THEY CONSENT, then you can ask and she can make the decision herself. there are a lot of complications involved in marrying as a minor, however, and i highly doubt the parents will consent, even if you love each other, because they may think she is a little young to be considering marriage and life long commitment.
i would suggest you continue dating for now, and leave your marriage plans until she is of age.

You must be kidding!! Too young, you are way too young to get married my friend. Are you aware of the complications of married life? Have you asked your parents about it? Do you really know her that well to settle down? Or don't tell me...you are in it for the the MONEY!!

I got engaged at 15 and broke up with him a lil before I was 18.
