I'm not too sure... this is a tough one. Anyway, it means that if the author ever fell in love with that person with all their heart, it said don't hate them. Life, our life loves that poerson the author is talking about...

If ever u hate me for heart, I never like love in life (direct translated from line given by you) but it will have more impact if said "If ever u hate me from your heart, i'll never love again in life"
