Is this cause for concern? If I went to the doctors what tests would be carriedout?

having some medical background, i advise u to have it checked. well, u could expect that the doctor will palpate it and if he is really concern and can't find out why they are swollen with no real symptoms as you'd stated he might asked it to be biopsied.

Go see your doctor, it could be something as simple as a infection but the doctor should rule out that it is not anything else
Please make an appointment and go as soon as possible, its one of those things you should just get checked out. If its just an infection then you will be given some medicines.
They will most likely do a blood test

My son had glands come up in his kneck when he was small. It turned out that he had scratched his head and it had become infected.
Its best to get the doctor to take a look just incase.
No point braving it out and then becoming more unwell as a result.

What more symptoms do you need other than swollen glands to convince you to run to the nearest hospital and seek medical attention !!!

You scared of the Doctors or something??, get there and get sorted, probably just needs some antibiotics, or it could be Glandular fever you wont know till you go!!

Have it checked out. It may be your Lymph Nodes. they swell if your body is fighting an infection of some sort. You may have something internal you are fighting and don't even know it. don't be afriad to go to the Dr. Go though.

You should go see the doctor as this could be almost anything from cancer to mumps. Both of which you do not want. yes this could be very serious.
