sitting on a computer in the Green Zone in Baghdad. Perhaps knocking out a few emails before heading off on patrol.

I assume that has to be the case, otherwise why would they be so hypocritical as to criticise me for disagreeing with the war in Iraq while at the same time being too gutless to be in Iraq themselves.

Most of the people on Yahoo Answers havent been to Iraq. Fact. So dont moan about me, until you take a good look at yourselves in the mirror first.

So 4 responses. Not one has been to Iraq. Not one has justified why they arent in Iraq yet quite happily criticize those who dont support the war. Hmmm ....... interesting .......

Dude, the Chickenhawk meme has been SOOO exploded, it's like totally last week.

All the cool kids are talking about Walter Reed this week, so like, get with it, okay? Totally.

I'm expecting that, if you enjoy your Police, Fire, and Medical services that you are running right out and becoming a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT and Police Reservist as well, right?

Orion

PS: Um - People, he's NOT claming to be in the Green Zone himself. That sentence was a continuation of his question. "Are the people criticising me for not supporting the war...sitting on a computer in the Green Zone in Baghdad. Perhaps knocking out a few emails before heading off on patrol.

I assume that has to be the case..."

DAve questions
My back left tooth has a massive cavity. Whats the likely treatment required here?
basically a quarter of the tooth has fallen away now which i assume has exposed nerves which is why it hurts a lot now. I am going to see the dentist this week but want to know what the likely treatment is going to be. Can he/she just do a filling job, or is he likely to remove the tooth (very back, left one). If he removes it, i wont want a replacement so will the gum just heal over itself.

Also im based in the UK anyone have any ideas of prices for doing a filling of this kind, or if its a removal of the tooth how much that would cost.

To hold an informed opinion on the war in Iraq does not require a prerequisite of military service.

Otherwise foreign policy would be decided only by those who have served in the Armed Services.

Instead, in a democracy, foreign policy is rightly decided by a civilian government who is held accountable by the public.

Real Heroes

Real heroes wear our uniform
You'll see no numbers, that's the norm

They do not strive to get rich quick
Their mission firm, oh how they click

To serve us faithful is their cause
Determined minds, they'll never pause

Sincere, they love our country true
Sleep well my friends, they serve for you

We sometimes see them on our shore
While others brave a foreign tour

So trained and drilled to do it all
In time of need they'll meet each call

They make a total treasured sight
No finer known, a mom's delight

God hold them safe and keep them well
Till soldiers return home to dwell

Sounds more like you're in the green zone in San Francisco, but if you are there, then god bless you, if your a poser, then may your balls rot off. 2/3
Big Dave, you are the only one that has a legitimate gripe, if you want to criticize the war go ahead.

There is no way in hell that you are a soldier in the Green Zone. Why do you need a false credibility to make a point? Obviously you have no credibility.

Dave, first of all, thanks for fighting for us. I mean it. God bless you.

I was looking through google images of what's happening in Iraq, and what the hell, the m1 abrams are getting blown up : (
Humvees torn into pieces. I thought you guys had the best armaments!! What happened to the The Few, The Proud??!?!? ABRAMS RULE>...>> MARINES.@<#L@$MN$@KJ#)(#@&#()*
I also saw some dead US soldiers' faces. The media really should focus on these; We're not going to get even close to victory. Dave, I really want to start a protest or boycott or whatever to end this war. Don't die, man. Come home alive.

you wont hear me saying anything bad about anyone wearing a uniform....keep your stuff wired tight....if you want to disagree with the war or the way its being handled,Id say youve earned the right to that....as far as me being in iraq...my wars were 1972 and again in 1977.....if they need me over there Ill go but I really dont see them beating down my door...Im still a cop though..still in uniform....if that somehow bothers you, from what I am reading in your posts..well....sorry..
