Short answer is you can't........

Most of the noise you're hearing is the spring being sprung. Nothing you can do about that. Not to mention that an air rifle makes about as much, or maybe a bit less, noise as a suppressed .22.

I don't know what the laws are in India, but having a sound suppression device in the US requires a special permit, which is VERY hard to obtain.

As far as a mil dot, check www.cheaperthandirt.com. Again, I don't know what the laws are in India, or if its even legal to ship a mil dot from the US.

First, I don't know what the laws are in India (if that's where you are.) I do know that the simple possession of any device that is used to muffle the report of a firearm is highly illegal in the United States. For example, if you are drinking a Coke out of a plastic bottle, and empty the soda so you are left with an empty plastic bottle, there's nothing wrong with that. The instant that you put the bottle onto the end of the firearm (through the bottle neck), you have broken the law; and, it's a serious law, too. Not just a misdemeanor.
I've heard of people putting a roll of toilet paper around the muzzle of the gun and taping both ends shut. The TP acts as a silencer. Any device is going to markedly decrease the accuracy of any gun, however.
Why would you want to silence an air rifle? They don't make that much noise, you would be decreasing accuracy markedly, and you would be breaking serious laws. It's not worth the risk.
(I bet this answer doesn't last 2 seconds after I post it.)

You cannot. No firearm can ever be truly "silent." As far as suppressors go, I must suggest you get the proper documentation, only because I don't trust "Big Brother" Sam as far as I could throw him, and with all the concrete the White House and Capitol are damn heavy.

A pipe (metal or PVC) with holes drilled in it surrounded by tenis balls stuffed with steel wool is supposed to work. I know from experience that a plastic bottle (12oz to 2 liter) will supress the noise but it is a one shot deal and works best on bolt-action/break open rifles. I have never attempted to supress an air rifle because they are about as loud as an actual firearm is when suppressed. I would imagine that the entire "gun" would need to be wrapped (at least the "reciever" section) since it is escaping air that is generating the noise mainly followed by mechanical action. But since it is break action most of the noise energy is eminating from the end of the barrel in which case the above mentioned methods should yeild some results.
But yes, expect your accuracy to suffer, exponentialy in the case of an air rifle.

As far as mil-dot, just surf the web, although I would say that the scope is going to be able to achieve a state of far accuracy that your rifle can never acheive.

There are many books on guns that give details on silencers. I AM NOT SHURE ABOUT THE LAWS IN YOUR AREA CONCERNING THIS .YOU SHOULD PROBABLY CHECK THAT OUT BEFOR CONTINUEING. Basically you need to slow down the escaping air or co2 with out hindering the bb think streight through exaust system with rubber baffles..Lso the silenceer will effect acuracy and range ALOTT so that scope will be useless
