This is something that's really hard to do. Been there. First of all, accept that it is officially over and that it will take you a long time to heal completely. Try to limit the amount of time you spend with that person and focus on other interesting hobbies and activities. Also, look for somebody else. It might seem impossible, but I promise there is somebody better out there for you (been there too). When you will find the right person, it will be as if this current one didn't even EXIST!!! Speaking to a therapist as you go along can help wonders as well.
GOOD LUCK!!

Is it a crush? Or a failed romance? Either way their rejection can be a quick, but painful way to go about it. If that didn't do any good, then only time can help you. Of course, you could always find a new honey!

The more you see him, the less the attraction will be. If yoiu never see him, it just worsens your situation.
