I would say to contact the clinic you took kitty too. Don't wait too long tho to call them. Explain to them that you can't afford to take her to a vet. They might be able to help you. If you have a local humane society, sometimes they will help if you are having difficult time. I hope this helps and I hope kitty feels better soon.

Four days is a long time for problems still to be existing. You need to get your cat back to the vet who treated her regardless what he charged you to fix her. He is responsible. It sounds that she has had a severe reaction either the anesthesia or some other type of medication. Don't wait too long it could be too late.
Good luck because I have two cats and I love them so much. Make this vet be responsible and fix his mess, it's possible he left something inside her as well so don't let him get away with anything. There are many emergency animal hospitals that will treat your animal for free or for a sliding scale if you feel uncomfortable taking her back to the same vet.
Good luck to you,

Many things cause blood in the stool, and many things cause vomiting. It sounds like an infection of some sort but it's rare to both ends to be affected.
It would be both irresponsible and nigh on impossible to give a remote diagnosis from those two symptoms alone - I would recommend taking her to a vet so that a physical assement can be made.

Call the clinic and ask them what to do. They may do a free check up or at least low cost. This does sound like there is a problem for this to be happening after this many days.

First of all...
have you contacted the clinic that did the operation and asked them? do that right away!
If she has an infection, she needs proper medical treatment and antibiotics immediately.
Whether you can afford it or not, if you want to save her take her to a reputable Vet who can give her the correct treatment...
they can work out a payment plan with you.
Don't let finances stop you...the life of your pet is at stake here.

that's the problem with free clinics and stuff, you get what you pay for. now take your kitty and go to a real vet and get her better.

You must take her to another vet or you have just killed her! I don't blame you for going to the cheap clinic, but since something went wrong, you must take her to a good vet or at least to the clinic where they operated her, they must treat her for free since it's their fault.
