If this guy is her uncle but not directly it could mean he is her uncle by a previous marriage. If this is the case then she could marry him and it would make no difference. It would not be considered incest. It could be that this uncle whom she refers to is a uncle by the rule of adoption of some sort and again it would not matter. It is clear she loves him and loves having sex with him which she should have never done at this point. There is really nothing to say at this point except just to let her do what she desires and only to let her know that it is wrong for her to have sex with a guy when she is not married to him. What does she think she is going to do if she gets pregnant? What would he do about the baby? If you are going to say anything to her just tell her how you feel about what is going on between her and the guy.

well it is really a hard thing to deal with, is your friend's parents knowlegeable of this? If yes then why dont they make the appropriate action for this? Of not you may ask her if she can really stand in this kind of situation. Since they have made love fopr several times already, it would be so difficult for her to leeet go of her uncle, but if she want not to be condemn later, well, itis better for her to stop that relationship already and try to find out ea relationship that will suit her.

So long as both are deeply in loved I do not see any reason why they can't be together or get married. I've seen first-cousins getting married thus this shouldn't be an issue.
