Personally, I don't mind, but some conditions must be taken under consideration, because it's a very serious responsiblity:
1- He should educate himself VERY WELL about Islam, from right sources.
2- As if he represents muslims, he should have no mind to counsel other members in any issue.
3- Every answer should be evidenced by the Holy Qur'aan and true Sunnah.
4- He has to know that, in Islam, there's no allegiance for a creature if he disobeys THE CREAOR.

I will agree with you if brother Salahuddin is really a true mulim who implemented all the rights and obligations as a good muslim.We will accepted him as a leader for united muslims if he is the good leader who comply to the holy qur'an and hadeth as our life guidance.But if he is in the opposite we do not want to
accept him as our good leader.
