i live in a very unsecure area with alot of gangs that love to do rude stuff to peoples vehicles... so i need a good alarm that no one can get into the car

You should realize though, that NO system protects your car if someone really wants to get it. It's just a question of how much money to spend on this. The more sophisticated system you get, the more money it cost, the harder it is to steal/rob your car. At some point the cost of the system becomes comparable to the cost of the car...
