I understand that Mullah Mohammed Omar holds the title Leader of the Faithful, and is the Khalifa of the Muslim religion. Is true? If not, who is the Khalifa?

no he is not the leader of the muslim religion as a whole. he may be a muslim religion for his country or his people, but the whole muslim world. we muslims dont have the pope that christians have. anybody can be a khalifa. for eg: khalifa of the country is the prime minister or president, khalifa of the family is the husband or father..
