Trust once broken is the hardest thing to ever gain. Accept your mistakes and be sorry for what you had done. It takes time to bring back their trust, though. Your sincerity and honesty is very important here.

The best way to win back trust is to confront the individual you had hurt and to apologize. Explain that you still have true feelings for this person & never thought you would have hurt them in the way that you had done. That is about all you can do. If there is a strong relationship, it will survive. Otherwise, it won't.

It depends on what you did. SInce you are asking this in the dating section, I am assuming you did something pretty rotten and 'they' have every reason not to ever trust you agaiin. I could be wrong, though. What is it that you've done?

my ex ex betrayed my trust, i forgive her and she did it again. i was totally heartborken until my best fren came and our relationship 'upgraded' but den again she did the same thing dat my ex ex did to me so she's my ex now too. i think it will take like a centuary for me to trust any other gals again. so...my ans is, although there is a way, its as hard as hell unless u really wan her back and don ever do anything dat will make her sad again otherwise it ppl like u who make ppl like us suffer

you need to apologize if you know you are at fault. if they say, "what", you have to repeat yourself. you have to sit through half a night of sighs and an insecure feeling if they don't answer. then, you may have won.
