A famous theologian, whose name I can't remember, stated that there are no sins. In other words a sin is not a specific act or deed. Rather sin is a state of being apart from God. Anything you do or think that distracts you from being in constant awareness of God puts you in a state of sin.
Being in a constant state of awareness of or communication with God is probably impossible for most of us. That is why some people become monks or nuns so they can spend most of their life in worship and prayer.
For people who choose to live in the everyday world and still have a relationship with God, the challenge is to avoid becoming obsessed with other things. If playing WoW takes up your whole life then you probably are not in a state of grace. But it is not the game itself; it is the obsession. One could be equally apart from God playing Klondike all day, or getting too involved with work, or watching TV all the time not to mention the obvious obsessions such as drink, drugs, and sex.

I don't know what you mean when you say religion, but you question, I assume that I 'm responding with a clear young person what I said off curse is not sin, but if that monkeys that represents the video game do not represent anything for your life this is OK, but if that happen when you go to sleep and you feel that your soul has being contaminated with that satanic influences better you do not do it^

If you're worried that playing a video game is a sin then I don't even think you should THINK about playing them.

If it takes the place of something more important in your life, then yes. Otherwise, it's just fun.
