i am 22 m i am getting fat instead of my diet being normal when i feel hungry i start eating bisciuts, namkeens, fast food and cold drinks how should i controll my hunger

Why do we get fat? If you are an American it is probably because you are in a herd of human beings bombarded by opportunities to consume massive amounts of toxic foods. It appears that you have taken the first step toward consciousness of a problem. That is a good thing. You have even identified the source of the problem...Good for you. The next thing to do is make a plan to eliminate toxic foods from your diet. The first thing to kick is the sodas. Did you know that 25% of the calories of the average American comes from sugary drinks? Don't think diet drinks are the answer. Diet drinks are very toxic and may lead to serious health problems.

I would like to suggest that you drink a glass of distilled water 10 minutes before every meal with a tiny pinch of unrefined sea salt. This will help with digestion of food and reduce you appetite. I would also suggest drinking an additional 3-4 glasses of water during the day when you crave a sugary drink.

I agree with the first answer about fruit. An apple a day really does keep the doctor away. Learn to juice for your health. Juicing is very labor intensive. Most Americans want instant gratification and juicing is not that.

Push away from the television set. Television bombards you with ads asking you to consume, consume, consume.

Get at least 15 minutes of sunlight every day. This will give you more energy so your body doesn't go into hibernation mode. We build up fat in the dark or with unnatural lighting.

Look at the side of candy bars and other foods to see what ingredients there are in them. Anything more than a few ingredients that you don't know what they are is probably a
potentially fattening preservative. Get a clue. Preservatives are meant to preserve us and that means they fatten us up.

A healthy lifestyle is one that is done consciously thinking about
how one lives and acting on it. It looks like you have started down that path. It is time to act.
