You should try to avoid take aways and junk food but 1 treat a week is a good way to kill a craving and help you succeed in your weight loss, I love chocolate so indulge only once a week or have weight watchers bars which are good as they are not as naughty as other chocolate, everything in moderation.

“Whenever you want” though remember, that isn’t going to help weight loss, if you like those sort of snacks and don’t want to give them up, then don’t, strictly speaking they aren’t great but in moderation they have no adverse effects weight wise.

One McDonalds a week seems adequate to me but at the end of the day it is what you can live with, what is the lowest amount you‘re willing to have in a week? There is little point saying one when you know full well you‘ll have more than one.

Make sure you eat particularly McDonalds on days you can have a smaller meal at the other eating time in the day, it’ll balance out the calorie intake at least.

You can have a treat once a week! I do and I'm still losing weight. If I want a bit of chocolate then I have just one breakaway bar per day. I eat relatively healthy but we all get those days when we want a treat. I also work out so that helps too.

IF... you are going to cheat have it on1 day a week (weekends are normally the best) and make it your last meal of the day (about 2 hrs before you go to bed). You can have whatever you like though. Pizza, Burgers, fish + chips, curry, chinese takeaway. whatever you fancy, just not all the things I just listed in one go!
Maybe one week pizza, next week burgers/fries... and so on.

One small chunk of chocolate (dark 85% cocoa if possible) preferably after exercise, then you could have one a day.

If you really find this a struggle, you could add one more cheat day, but you really want to cut it down to just one. If you're on 2 days a week. Make it something like saturday night and wednesday night. This is known as spiking your calorie consumption. It really is important to be doing exercise as well though and eating all your other meals the same as always so that your cheat days are in fact calorie overloads.

Hi, you could try having a deli sandwich in McDonald's as they are low fat or at least lower than a big mac, as for the chocolate as other people have said it is best to eat the really plain stuff as you can have less and still get a chocolate hit

Buddy, don't kid yourself, you are either on a diet or not. There is no sissy way to loose weight.

Aside, rather than dieting and experience the yo-yo effect, you should change your nutrition habits.

Why would you eat that crap anyway? Because is taste good? Did you ever eat a lobster with a good white wine? 100 times better than chocolate or junk food, except if you have the desire to obese and and early heart attack.

Ain't got a CLUE, about the CHOCOLATE bars, but, I DO know, about the OTHER part of your question, - and, I say THIS, on the subject! Don't BOTHER, with the McDonald's at ALL! There's WAY TOO MUCH FAT, - thus, FAR too many CALORIES, - in them, - so, - if you're SERIOUS, about your diet, - THEY are a REAL "NO-NO"!

Those things you list really should be occasional treats. Monthly would be the ideal, or you will never lose the weight as you are not changing your eating habits.

that's fullyyt as much as you, and notice them as a reward for you, in case you have something to be happy with whether that's for weight alleviation, or achieving something wonderful. the different decision is to ration them to as quickly as a month or longer. Dune

Don't eat any Mc'D meat products. Chocolate is actually good for you, the darker the better.
