I've been dating this guy for few years since he was still studying right up till hes working.The moment he starts to work hes been using hes work as an excuse of why he behave cold to me and our relation..And we always have this long distance relation the moment we know each other.Is really tough for me as i waited so long and now when he's around he's being super busy with his work.Is he being really hardworking or is there any other reason beside that?

I have spent many a days getting caught up in my work and school because I am a perfectionist. Relationships are not something you can perfect, no matter how hard you work. So, he will not identify the relationship as something he can perfect. It's a mindset. You need to find a way allow him to find a way back into the relationship. Force him and he'll fold, it will just be more tense. Back off and he'll pull away. You need to make him aware of the situation, and put the ball in his court. Challenge him to perfect the relationship, he'll snap to.

He is using that as an excuse. A 2 min phone is not too difficult.
