Blackheads can be stubborn to remove, they kind of get stuck into the skin and can be harder to get rid of than pimples. Try an over the counter black head removal products. If that doesn't work, try sucking them out with a syringe (without the needle, of course). You can ask the pharmacist for a needleless syringe.
If that doesn't work, sterilize a needle and gently try to pop it out. After you remove them, the best thing is to prevent them. Use a product designed to prevent blackheads from forming. Good luck!

use blackhead products like blackhead removal sheet, scrubs, etc. I saw longs selling blackhead removal sheet. You can use facial scrub as well. I use 7day scrub from clinique. it's very sensitive to your skin so you can use it once everyday. But really, you can use it less often, if u like. They also have oily products that remove blackheads. I think bodyshop sells them. it dissolves blackhead when u rub the oil on your nose. I recommend using 7dau scrub or removal sheet(this really work, though, it's little painful, when you pull it off your nose when it's dry-if you get this, don't use it everyday or too often. it may make your pores become bigger)
