Hmm I would question any website who's sole aim is to supply puppies. If they were truely show people they'd have pictures of all their stock on show proudly showing them off. All they have is puppies and how you can get one and where they ship it to. Steer well clear.

The website truepuppies.com looks legit to me.
However, I don't like the fact that they don't show the dams and sires of the puppies. I would want to know the genetic testing and the pedigree. Also since they supposedly show the bulldogs-- the puppies should have limited AKC registration. Recommendations from clients and from other breeders would be good to ensure they are what they claim they are. (They should have other breeder contacts to vouch for them since they are involved in showing bulldogs.)
Overall, it needs more research, but the first impression is reasonable.
Remember-- a dog can cost $$$$ in vet bills if you buy from the wrong breeder. Plus bulldogs are known to have health problems.

yes puppies are light. in fact they are as light as a feather. they are also very adorable and cute.i wish i had one
