yes, if that person makes u feel confortable then ofcourse y not. i have dated someone 3 yrs younger than me and it was great. but i kinda messed up and i decided it wasnt rite for me to do that to him. so i cut it off.. and i regret it. even for his young age he was mature and a wonderful guy to me. like they say age doesnt matter when love is involved.

I would date someone who is my age plus or minus five years. It gives you more of a range and you meet interesting people. I'd say go ahead and ask the guy out. Age doesn't really matter as long as there is love. As to why his friend said you can do better, I have no clear idea. I have some pretty weird reasons, but more than likely, those possibility don't match in this case.

i would say that it all depends on your age and his. The younger a guy is, the less mature he will be most likely. When i was 20, i dated an 18 yr old guy, and he acted like he was 12...So it all depends on that, but there's nothing wrong with dating younger or older people

If your both over 21 and within 4 - 5 years of each other then it don't matter. If your in high school i can understand how this could be a problem or your in college and he is in high school or your working and he is in college.
If your both in the same points in your lives then 2 years is nothing, judge him on his maturity not his age. Age has nothing to do with maturity if you think he is mature enough for your standards then date him.

Well I hope the friend isnt trying to let you down easy for the guy...if not depending on how old you are it should be ok. if hes 2 years younger to the point that you would not let your son date a girl your age then just drop it, if ud be whole heartedly fine with it-go for it.

i replaced into 18 and my boyfriend replaced into sixteen as quickly as we began courting. we are nonetheless jointly over 2 years later. =) this is not something to flow "EWWWW" over. Your chum is being immature. If he have been like 14, it would be diverse. yet at basically sixteen and 18, i don't think of it somewhat is a great deal as long as you're the two chuffed and he's mature. So no, you mustn't ruin it off, quite to not make all of us else chuffed. it somewhat is your existence, not theirs. do not enable a sturdy guy ruin out in simple terms because of fact he's a TINY bit youthful than you!
