It's a tough one. Women are like that, too often, and it's very hard for their friends to take.

There's probably no way you can get her back NOW. Just be friendly, and occasionally express the feeling that you miss her companionship.

There's a good chance she'll come around later.

As a bonus, if she's somebody who so closely ties intimacy to romance, some time down the road when she's between relationships there's a good chance she'll want to jump into bed with you.
