It's more of a body language that tells rather than verbal. If the girl you approached accepts the flirt, getting closer to you physically with touches and squeezes, she's sending the signal. Otherwise if you walk straight up to a girl, it's unlikely she will sleep with you.

First, if you mean seduce them into having sex with you, and you just met the woman, they would have to be pretty easy.
