you really just need to tell the old man that it is not the time for you to be in a relationship with him, and that you would just like to be friends and keep it that way. I mean your gonna sit around and stress about it, you might as well be upfront with the man and say that its not gonna happen with you two. You cant make something that you don't feel good about work, especially a relationship.
