physical sensations - goose bumps, warm ocean waves, loss of "sense of the physical body," overall weakness where the body cannot support itself upright, the sensation of "floating" the sensation of electricity and power
spiritual sensations - pure joy, pure peace, overwhelming love, strong desire for the salvation of the world.
reactions - crying, laughing, shouting, tongues, running, rolling on the floor, falling out in the floor (slain in the spirit), and a variety of others.

The Holy Spirit feels like my everyday experience. The Holy Spirit dwells in me daily and goes with me EVERYwhere I go. The goosebumps and coldness was probably an emotional reaction to a spiritual truth. Nothing wrong with the reaction. Emotional reactions can be quite powerful. I admit it could have been you spiritually connecting with the presence of God but it was only a heightened awareness. If you are a True Christian, he is with you all the time.

Cold and prickly like goose bumps? You are aware the it is WINTER right?

Other then what you're feeling being cold air ever stop to think it is all pure delusion. Perhaps there is no such thing as a holy spirit and you are just making up the only ideas you can to try and say that you are feeling this thing that really doesn't exist.

That it is your way to try and fit in with a group of people so you lie to yourself and say you feel something that is no more real then the tooth fairy!

Palmtree,

listen good.

The Holy Spirit is NOT cold. It is only the dead and deceased that are cold.

If a person has the Holy Spirit he/she must:

1 - Be at total control of his/her OWN body. Able to stop praying at anytime.
2 - Feeling is WARM and makes you feel happy.
3 - Improves christian behavior, able to kick bad habits.

Its a happy warm feeling. It mostly feels like a state of peace that makes you want to cry because its unbelievable. Every time it comes over me I break down in tears because I feel like its a small teaser of what Heaven really feels like.
