Wow, your grandma seems kind of cruel.
Those two boys deserve more than some little girl who isn't related.
Tell her she's ignoring the other two boys and they feel left out.
I know I would.

I think it's just the fact that the friends kid is a little girl. My mom, for example, loves her grandson and is excitedly awaiting the birth of my second son, but I know she REALLY wants a grand daughter. .....
Some women just seem to love the idea of a little girl...all the pink and dresses ect...that's probably what has got your grandma....not saying it's exactly right, just saying that might be why.

Your grandma has the right to love any child she wants, maybe she has more contact with this little girl than with her own 'flesh and blood', stop whining about the fact you think your children are getting less, after all what your grandma gives and to whom is her choice

It sounds like you are letting some anger bottle up. Tell her how you feel, and if she brushes it off, tell her she is being extremely rude. If she refused then, tell her she isn't worth stressing over for love that won't come. Good luck, I hope everything goes well( a little prayer goes a long way, too.)

maybe she has a soft spot for girls.. or maybe she has noticed that this little girl needs attention, she may of clicked on to something and is just showing the child love, that she feels she is not getting elsewhere. its really up to your grandmother how she acts, but saying that maybe she has not realized, i think maybe you should talk to her about how you feel, but not in a confrontational way. it could be a variety of reasons.. try not to show bad feelings, i am sure your son is loved, just that sometimes older people find it hard to express feelings to boys. good luck.

If she sees this little girl more than the boys, she may feel more connected to her than she does to the boys. She also probly knows what the girl likes because shes a girl herself. Maybe she doesnt buy your boys things because she just doesnt know what to get them. Tell her you feel the boys are being left out and you would like it if she treated this girl and the boys equally.

It sounds like your grandmother wants a little grandaughter. That's wrong, and she should love all her great grandchildren, but some people are like this. Especially older generations.
