We don't run after things for nothing. We have a purpose for running behind them. But after we achieve it, we realize that the price we paid was to high for the purpose. Hence we regret.

What ever we do is meant for HAPPINESS. so we run after things.After attaining that we understand that it is not pure happiness.It is mixed with some sorrow and also better things are available than what we get. So we dont really enjoy it.

To overcome this problem the answer is CONTENTMENT.

Please dont get into the wrong trap .Dont stop . Run again to get the full and pure happiness and keep in mind till such time be happy with what you have.

There is nothing useless in our lives. When you try to achieve something , you discipline yourself at the same time. That mean you are enjoying it a lot. I am wondering why do you desperately quest for anything which you are not really ambitious ?

important differs. because while running for anything, importance is being given to that particular one. once you got it, automatically it losts its credibility
