but what about the freewill of the victims to choose not to be beaten and raped? Why doesn't their free will have an equal say? Why does god make the perp's free will so much stronger than their victims free will?

The victims have just as much freewill to try and harm others as the perpetrators. God didn't cause the way the world is, and if things are not fair it is because we live in a sin cursed and fallen world. That's why Christians look forward to when Jesus comes back and takes us from this wretched place.

God's not responsible for the evil these individuals do. They are the ones who have made the wrong choices and sometimes satan & his dominion perpetrate it as well. The bible does say since we do live in a fallen world "that it rains on the just and the unjust" and this crap as we know it will not change until He comes back to the earth to judge its inhabitants and sets up His Kingdom. What an awesome day it will be <><

Just as the fall in Eden made predators out of vegetarian animals, so have predators and the preyed upon been created by the entry of sin in the world.

God cannot create a morally free person who is incapable of choosing to do evil. Unfortunately, persons choose badly.

If no one deserves heaven, then we can have all the free will we want, but it's nothing to be desired.
