Pretty much as long as i can remember i have been a very, very bad sprinter, but not a bad long distance. When im sprinting i feel that i honestly cannot go any faster, i run as if i am going at a fast job.. ALMOST at a sprint, but yet no where near. I just cannot push myself to a full out sprint. And at the end of the workout/race, i am really not that tired and i say to myself that i could have done better. but sure enough, next time i try i do the same thing, I just cannot push myself.. any tips on how to break this awful habit?
