I have always heard you should not, but I keep meeting people that say you should. When I sleep in mine, I always wake up hurting.

Sometimes I sleep with a bra and sometimes i dont. But I usually dont sleep with a bra cause I feel much comfortable without a bra on when I sleep or sometimes I sleep with a top that has a bra in it anyways so yeah.

Well I would never sleep with a woman who wore a bra to bed. My ex-wife many years ago said that if were going to be intimate in bed any and all clothes were forbidden. I have slept in my birthday suit ever since.

It is totally not good, your breast need a rest as well, and if you do sleep in a bra you could end up with sagy, ugly boobs when you do get older you will loose all the firmness

Yeah you aren't supposed to sleep with a bra on. its not good for you.
i only sleep with one on if i'm staying at someones house.

Yeah i slept with one when i was younger, but realized that is just a load of bull_ _ _ _.
There is no "suppose to" in the matter, its what makes the individual women comfortable

Some people say wearing one to bed prevents sagging.
But I just think they're so uncomfortable.
