Without knowing what you had withheld, there's no way to answer that question. You'd get back whatever you overpaid: your withholding minus your tax liability.

Your tax liability depends on your income, age, marital status, and any dependents, deductions, credits or adjustments. So anyone would need LOTS more info to answer your question.

If you made around $20K, are single, not a dependent of anyone, with no dependents and no deductions or adjustments, your tax liability would be around $1359. If more than that was withheld, you'd get the overpayment refunded to you. If you paid in less than that, you'd owe the difference.

That depends on your filing status, your adjusted gross income, the number of dependents you have, whether you are a dependent on someone else's return, and the amount of federal withholding you had taken out of your wages.
