not to be mean but theres this girl at our school, yesterday she came to school all normal, and today she came to school and her face was like fat and round and it looks like her face size grew 10 times, what happened to her? lol

A fat and bloated face might be a sign that she got pretty seriously smacked up and is doing her best to not have it show. I don't think that would be something to laugh about.

She had an allergic reaction and she's still swollen from it? I don't really know, but rather than "lol", I suggest you consider how she must feel about it and treat her with some compassion and respect.

most probably it is secondary effect from medications or some food allergy or some skin irritation .... or maybe she just had a balloon for breakfast and thought it was delicious
