ok ok so i'm trying to get over a love interest...and i want to get back into the dating scene...i want to know how to meet a girl...i mean like do i just go up to her and introduce myself? or do i get creative and use a note?
sometimes i get self-conscience and wonder if they will think i'm a freak and what if i look stupid and what if i mess up...well any way...i need help

Never try to boast about things you own or brag where ya been she'll see right through you speak modestly about your intentions goals and express why you want those things each girl is different not all woman are gold diggers, not all woman are the marrying type or the outgoing type you will just have to meet go out stay friends with all of them and use your heart to decipher who shares a common interest and finds you and your life interestingenough to engage in a furthur relationship DO NOT LIE in this day and age a Lie is a cutthroat ticket to being single

Look lets 'cut to the chase' as the expression goes:-
What you do is go to your local bar, public house, disco, night club whatever, and go up to each girl and say the following:-
Will you ?
Now you might get a bit of abuse, a few black eyes from jealous boyfriends etc., but hey it's not Iraq - no car or suicide bombs!
A similar approach worked for Eddie Murphy in the film 48 Hours or was it Another 48 Hours - never mind the theory's sound!
Eventually you'll come to a girl and she'll reply:-
YES ! It's just a case of plain old numbers - the law of averages, or called playing the odds if you're a gambling man! Incidentally if you go to a Casino and bet on the old roulette table - you'll find plenty of women to talk to - and you'll all be gassing about the same thing won't you - no not sex - gambling - that might come later if you win some dosh - women like money - just go and look at the Pink Visuals site and you'll see what I mean !!!
Back to the 'Will you'? question - if you go up to a girl and say it and she says back to you ''will I what''? - just go on to the next girl - she's either stupid or being facetious, either way - go to next girl. Now she might call you back if she's actually interested - then you want to play hard to get and say something like 'you had your chance - I haven't got all day you know'?
Life is too short for a lot of waffle - just go for it man - risk a little and dive in - if you'll excuse the expression?

In my opinion, it is best to meet the opposite sex in places that you normally go. This way, you will already have something in common and something to talk about. This will also give you a reason to introduce yourself and/or talk to the other person without having to feel odd about the whole situation.
