What is the status on the troop surge in the Iraq War? Have any of the additional 21,000 been sent yet?

Bush has said that about 21,000 more troops will be sent over. How many of these additional troops have left since the troop surge plan was announced?

I can only speak intelligently on the Third Infantry Division arriving here in Baghdad as part of the surge. They're here.

Yes as we speak, different Brigades are getting their orders telling them their deployment dates. They have increased mostly all units deploy dates. I'm being deployed sometime next month, some of my division are already deployed.
