Purchase a skin cleanser that exfoliates the skin. These types of cleansers are meant to get the dirt down in the pores and will help reduce blackheads considerably. Also use an astringent afterwards. It will remove excess dirt from your pores.
Both can be bought fairly priced at your local department store.
Good luck. >.>

Use blackhead scrub! But prevent blackheads by using a good toner to shrink your pores and prevents all the nastys to get inside. Also steam your face and apply a good mask. Hope that helps, and don't worry we all have them!

Try Neutrogena's "Blackhead Eliminating" scrub or the Neutrogena's clean and clear facial wash. I use the blackhead eliminating scrub and it works great. My face feels really clean and smooth afterwards. Plus i have no blackheads.

I use St Ives Apriot Face Scrub. It helps to exfoliate your skin and keep your face from breaking out. Sometimes I will get cotton balls and use rubbing alcohol on spots that have broken out, it helps to dry your skin out so the pimples go away. I've tried the strips and they don't work for me, also products such as SeaBreeze or Clearisil don't work for me either. But, I'm sure everyone is different. Good luck

I keep black heads away, by washing my face with soap and hot water and then I use a cotton ball and alcohol to get the last of the dirt and I do this in the morning and then again before bed (use a lotion to keep your face from dying out if need be)

well what really worked for me was Clean and clear. get the one with the blue beads. If you have bad black heads leave the clean and clear for 20 mins if needed. If it starts to burn that means it is working so don't worry. with worked for me and i use it all the time!
