You can buy contacts in lots of different colours - so one day you can have really blue eyes and the next green etc. I have blue eyes and wanted them a tiny bit green too but found it impossible to put in the contacts. So be careful because if you spend all that money on contact and then cant put them in its a waste.

Umm, go buy some blue contact lenses. Otherwise sometimes the weather changes eye color and wearing accented colthing can make your eyes appear brighter.

Maybe, just maybe, by limiting your sun exposure. The blue of your eyes is the result of very little pigment. Sun exposure can cause it to darken so lack of sun might cause it to lighten.
Though this might not be easy to do and the effects might be very short-lived. ;-)
There's always contact lenses...

Well physically its impossible, you can get contacts, or you can wear colors that will make your eyes look more blue.
