I doubt seriously you will find any such information. There is no cause and effect relationship between what you eat and your internal body temperature for one thing. The only place where there would be a variance would be your mouth, where eating something like ice cream would obviously cool your mouth somewhat. The heat perception from something like peppers and spices has to do with a chemical response in the mouth- although I suppose the physical temperature would fluctuate as you opened your mouth to pant or drink water/fluid. But your internal body temperature doesn't fluctuate as a result. That is maintained within certain parameters through other means. Don't know what sort of project you are working on, but this doesn't really make sense.
