I could like run a few laps and would that help me lose weight? I'm pretty young and i would like totally have lost wieght in 2 months. Wouldn't i ?

If you combine diet (1200 - 1700 calories a day) and exercise (atleast 5 days a week), then you might be successful at losing the 40 pounds in 2 months depending on your current weight and your metabolism. Good luck!

It really depends on what is going into your piehole in between the running. If you keep the calories down, you should be able to lose a pound or two a week.

You should only loose 2 lbs a day NO MORE!!! You need to take in a healthy amount of calories per day and then burn them. Check out the site below, it will be beneficial.

It really depends on how fat you are right now. If you want to lose 40lbs in 2 months only from running...then I don't think it's possible unless you weigh over 200lbs...
