can somone please tell me im thinking about purchasing a camera

it depends on the picture resolution.
if the camera is 5megapixel. Each picture if shot in full resolution, the size for each pic is approx. 700kB - 1.1MB. Hence, you should be able to take 14-22 pics.

It all depends on the format and quality of the photos you take. A camera that has 16Meg of storage may only hold a few photos in raw or tiff format but hold hundres of lower quality Jpeg format photos.

Read the manual in the store before you purchase any digital camera.

Depends on the resolution of the shots. On my camera at full res, that card would hold 5 pictures.

From 1 up to 250 depending on how your settings were chosen.

If you are thinking of a memory card, be sure to get a card known to be "pro" level for added security and faster camera operation.

A good site to check prices would be www.bhvideophoto.com or Amazon.com/ be wary of unknown sites as there have been numerous reports of junk memory being sold recently.

It depends on the Megapixels the camera has. The more megapixels the more pictures it can hold.

it depends on the picture quality settings. The higher the quality the more room it will use.
