Sounds like a sore, scarred tendon (muscle). Assuming you play sports, wrestle, horseplaying, etc you could have torn your muscle and not realizing it was your muscle thinking it was a sprain or a joint pain. I think the muscle is called tricepts, biceps are the muscle that helps your arm bend from the straight position to bending position, triceps are muscles helping you do the opposite. I suggest you put a heating pad on it every night for a couple of weeks, don't be so rough on it, if nesscary, wear an arm sling for a week or two to prevent any movements. Let it heal on it's own, take aleve for pain, hope it helps. There may not be much for a doctor to do about it since it's not broke. So I suggest you go ahead and give my advice a try and see if it helps, if not then go to a doctor.

I definitely agree that you should see a doctor and that you should really think about any past injuries, sometimes that body doesn't heal properly and you can experience pain for a really long time. I actually used to have acid reflux and I got some pain in my right arm. After my doctor diagnosed the problem I treated myself with liquid acidophilus for a little over a month gradually taking less until I stopped taking it. It worked better than the stuff they tried to make me take and I had no side effects.
You parents should probably want to consider massage or some other type of muscle manipulation if you doctor says there is nothing seriously wrong with you and clears you for bodywork. It works wonders for me!

You are lacking Strength in your Bones and Muscles. Try out any Vitamin and Calcium Tablets or Tonic AFTER getting suggestion from Doctor. All tablets will not suit everyone's Health Conditions. Or just Strech ur hands and pull I mean Catch hold the Grills of your Home's Window Pane and Pull and Move towards it. Initially it will pain but It is an Exercise for your Shoulders and Heart Muscles.

It's probably just growing pains. I used to have pains all of the time when i was younger especially in my arms and my doctor told me that it was growing pains. But i'm not a doctor so i really don't know you should tell your to make an appointment to see the doctor.

I had a similar problem, and it was something like "tennis elbow" only from using the computer mouse/keying too much.
But have it checked out. Try using those heat wraps (not the ones that warm by use of a smelly cream) in the meantime.
Maybe post more details.

I won’t reckon If it’s a heart condition, though it can happen to young teens too.
But it wouldn’t hurt to let you doctor check it out.
Most probably it’s the strain/ pull of muscles. Think over what you had did with your arm and that’s maybe the problem.
Try some deep heat (not to boil your arm in water), medication cream that provides heating to your skin area.
If it doesn’t get well, try posting again with more details. (and more points for us) ^_^

Hey, get your parents to have that checked out. Could be lots of things but while you are going through the growing stage you really must make sure that something is not damaged and end up not growing right due to that. Pain is your bodies way to say something is not right here.

You really should go see a doctor... And make sure you tell him it's been going on for a year so he doesn't just give you pain medicine or any other type of medicine (they like to do that alot)

you could have Arthritis its very rare condition for children but it could happen. you definitely have weak joints. do yourself a favor and go see a doctor. my advise would be to drink more milk. a lack of calcium in your system could cause you to have pain in your joints.
