The literal translation is 'i'm in love with you' but its also i love you. Theres an website think its called irish english translator, they have a forum where fluent irish speakers will translate for you google it and it will give you the exact address

What it actually means is I am in love with you, Ta me or Taim - I am, i'gra - in love, leat - with you! Gra mo chroi - Love of my heart. Many websites will not give the literal translation. But now you know!

I'm not a fluent and I have issues with case and such, but per my Collins Gem Irish / English dictionary it means essentially to be in love with. Maybe someone better with the language can elaborate.
