That's a reasonable time to eat before bed. Tangerine's have lots of sugar so they may keep you awake. Also, try limiting it to less than 5 to reduce the amount of sugar you are eating. Eating protien before bed is actually healthier. Perhaps an egg, or some very lean meat will help your muscles grow and keep your metobolism burning.

I hope you have a big dinner. 1 egg, 1 shake and five tangerines doesn't sound like enough food. You need about 1,700 calories just to keep your heart beating, your breathing going, etc. or else your body goes into preservation mode. I would eat a bigger breakfast and maybe a light dinner or something.

My advice isn't exactly related to your question, so I apologize in advance for my unsolicited advice.

That being said......girl, you're starving yourself!!!!! Your body needs fuel to sustain itself. Plus you'll lose muscle as well as fat. But when you start eating right again you'll gain almost all of it back as fat. And you will gain it back, and this is why.

When you don't give your body enough food (fuel) it starts to go into starvation mode. Once this happens anything you eat and drink (assuming it has calories) will be stored as fat. This is a survival mechanism. The body starts storing up as much fat as possible in order to have enough energy to burn.

You won't notice this at first because you're not giving your body enough to even store. So initially you'll lose weight. But at some point your likely to start eating regular again (or at least I hope so), and as your body is in starvation mode, everything you eat will be kept and stored as fat.

That said, the tangerines are fine being they're eaten two hours before bed. Plus they're good for you. So keep eating what you've been eating, but add something to it. I would suggest adding two small meals to what you've already been eating, but make one mid morning and one late afternoon or early evening. Things like salad, one sandwich or a half of a sandwich and some yogurt, etc etc.

I hope this helps, and sorry if I came across preachy! Good luck!

Wow! You are in great shape! Since citrus has acid, it totally makes you slim because it digests the stuff in your stomach better. Right after working out, I don't know. I think it's alright though. But I suggest going to sleep earlier.
